IUCN on Dhamra Port

IUCN and The Dhamra Port Company Limited (DPCL), a joint venture of Tata Steel and L&T have signed an agreement through which IUCN will provide assistance in developing environmental standards and design mitigation measures for the construction of the port in Bhadrak district of state of Orissa, India. DPCL and IUCN will be working together on developing a sound environmental management plans for development and operation of the Dharma Port.
